Who It's For
Homeschool students ages 5-12 of all ability levels. No prior sports or fitness experience is required. Our classes welcome every child in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Class Structure
Each 60-minute class follows a consistent structure:
Warm-Up & Mobility
Dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to prepare the body
Skill Development
Focused activities building coordination, balance, and agility
Group Games & Challenges
Teamwork-oriented games that build social confidence
Strength & Stamina
Age-appropriate exercises for building physical fitness
Body Awareness Mini-Lesson
Short lesson on health, nutrition, or body mechanics
Cool-Down & Dismissal
Gentle stretching and reflection to close the session
