A fun, affordable, traditional gymnasium experience

Classic school-age PE in a full gymnasium — the most affordable way to get your kids moving with a structured, instructor-led class.

Tier 2

The Loop

Smaller groups, individual progress

Tuesdays · 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM · Lake Stevens, WA

This smaller-group experience offers a more individualized approach to physical education, with a focus on personal progress and strength development.

Columbia Athletic Center

Our expanded athletic experience

Thursdays · 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM · Columbia Athletic Center

Tier 3 gives students 90 minutes to move, explore, learn, and develop skills in our largest space, with access to a greater variety of equipment.

  • 90-minute drop-off program
  • More time for sports and skill development
  • Themed units and opportunities to learn different skills
  • Access to a larger athletic space and more equipment
  • A chance to explore new activities and build confidence

CAC members pay just $300 per child

Best for: Families who want an expanded sports and skills experience with more time, space, and variety.

Toddler Class

Designed for our littlest movers. Tuesdays, 9:00 – 9:30 AM.

$100per family

Just $50 per family if an older child is also enrolled in the school-age class.
